Your satisfaction with our staff is our highest priority. Facilities can screen staff to ensure compatibility, and if they aren't the right fit, can request replacements without concerns around labour relations, arbitration, or wrongful dismissal.

Quality Standards

Our staff meet provincial licensing and registration criteria, including a criminal records check, immunization and TB screening, and current First Aid/CPR certification. We check a minimum of three references for each short-listed applicant.

Nursing Supervision

Our nursing directors offer individualized supervisory service at two levels. Our supervisors orient staff with location-specific details for seamless integration. They also offer open communication with managers to provide smooth, comprehensive service.
